Beyond Fitness Ltd. (herein after referred to as Data Manager) manages the personal data of
registered users only for the purpose of order fulfillment and performance obligation (billing).
It only treats personal data that is essential for the purpose of data management and is suitable
for reaching the goal. Personal data is only managed to the extent and for the duration necessary to attain it.
The Data Controller protects the registered users' personal data processed in the webshop in all reasonable ways.

Data managed: Registered users are required to complete the order during registration: Name, Contact
(phone, email), Delivery address, Invoice address
The purpose of the data collection is to execute orders and invoice.
The person who is able to know the data is able to:
- Trade and forwarding staff of Beyond Fitness Kft.
- In the case of an external supplier, its name and particulars.
Data management duration: personal data stored electronically will not be deleted after the order has been completed.
The customer may apply to the data controller
- inform you about the handling of your personal data,
- correcting your personal data,
- Deleting or blocking your personal information.
The user can access, modify, or delete their own data by entering the username and password provided during registration,
accessing the web site pages.
If you have previously sent an order, the order will be sent at the time of sending. Information about modifying or
deleting your personal information related to your order can be initiated by personally, by telephone or by e-mail at the data controller.
The data controller shall provide the information in writing in the shortest possible time, but not more than 10 days, in a comprehensible
form, at the registered user's request. If you find the registered user's claim as legitimate, he or she will take immediate steps to
correct or delete your personal information.
If the registered user is not satisfied with the response of the data controller, he may enforce his or her right to the protection of
his or her personal data before a civil court and may contact the National Data Protection and Information Authority
