Placing the order in the webshop, receipt and delivery
You can order via the "Buy now" function after selecting the appropriate size from the product (if the product have size). In the View Cart menu (cart icon in the upper right corner) you will find the [CHECKOUT] button, which you can press to choose between registering or logging in as a registered customer..
After registration or login, placing your order consists of 6 stages:
Once you have placed the product in your cart by clicking on the "Buy now" button, the following steps must be taken to successfully place your order.
Section 1: Login / Registration
Section 2: Entering / Selecting a Shipping Address
Section 3: Selection of delivery method (home delivery with advance transfer / home delivery cash on delivery)
Here you have the opportunity to write a comment for the delivery (OPTIONAL).
Section 4: Entering / Selecting a Billing Address
Section 5: Selecting a payment method, the option to enter a coupon code, the option to write a comment, and accepting the terms and conditions.
Section 6: Text notification of order success.
You can also go back between each section by clicking on the numbered section or cancel the order at any time.
After a successful order, the system will send you an automatic confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration. Submission of the order and its confirmation means the conclusion of the delivery contract between the customer and the Service Provider. Cancellation and modification of sent and confirmed orders:
It is possible to cancel sent and confirmed orders until 12:00 on the working day following the submission of the order. In case of refusal of the order and non-receipt of the package, re-delivery is only possible by bank transfer payment method. You can cancel / modify your order by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling our Customer Service (+36 70 943 9693), providing the exact details of the customer.
Fulfillment of orders
- Home delivery within the country (Hungary):
- We deliver the ordered products to the specific settlements of Hungary with the Express One Courier Service. Delivery time is usually 2-3 business days from the order, which may vary depending on available stock. In case of bank transfer in advance, we will prepare your package after receiving the amount.
Once we give the package to the courier, the status of the order will be updated to “Under Delivery” and the Express One Courier Service will email you with more information about the date of delivery. It is also possible to pay with cash and bank card at the courier in case of cash on delivery.
We do our best for the fastest possible service, we can only happen for unavoidable, external reasons, delivery time delay compared to the above typical deadlines.
- Home delivery abroad:
- We shipping worldwide. Depending on the country, we try to ensure the lowest possible shipping rates, which is why we work with several courier companies (Express One, GLS, FedEx, DPD). The time of delivery depends primarily on the country and any customs clearance (for some countries). In case of delivery abroad, only the bank transfer/ PayPal/ Online bank card payment method can be selected, cash on delivery is not possible.
- Personal collection in the store
- It is not possible to pick up in person when ordering online.
In the case of orders over HUF 60,000 / EUR 200 gross, the home delivery fee is FREE in Hungary and for all countries within Europe.

The delivery fee depends on the country, the weight of the product/ products ordered and, if transferred in euros, the cost of conversion.
The price shown next to the product on the website is a gross price, which includes VAT.
There are several payment methods available on our webshop
- - Home delivery in advance by bank transfer
- In this case, the Buyer will transfer the purchase price and the current shipping cost in advance. You will then receive the item(s). The method of advance payment is chosen by the Buyer: PayPal, Bank deposit / transfer, SimplePay Online bank card payment options.
PayPal payment process: After selecting the PayPal payment method and placing the order, our system will automatically direct the Customer to the PayPal payment. In case of PayPal payment, a transaction fee of + 3.5% to + 5.5% will be charged, which will be paid by the Buyers, in addition to the purchase price of the products and the delivery fee.
Bank payment, transfer process: We will send you an account number by e-mail, based on which the payment / transfer will take place.
SimplePay Online bank card payment process: After selecting the online bank card payment method and placing the order, our system will automatically direct the Customer to SimplePay online bank card payment.
The courier company that delivers your package will send you an e-mail with information about the delivery, including the tracking number of the package.

Personal collection is not possible in case of online ordering, personal purchase is only possible in our store.

We undertake a half-year product warranty for the products in the web store from the time of purchase / receipt of the product. In the event of a quality defect or complaint, Beyond Fitness Kft. Assumes liability if it is considered a quality defect. The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from use or improper use.

Our customer service
We can only take back and replace a brand new product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. The seller has the right to claim compensation for any damage resulting from the improper use of the goods. The refund does not apply to shipping costs.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Pursuant to this general contract and the individual contracts concluded on the basis thereof, the Seller is obliged to deliver the ordered Products to the buyer at the delivery address, and the Buyer is obliged to take them over and pay for them. The costs of delivery currently indicated on the website are always borne by the buyer. If the Customer does not take over the Products delivered under the contract for any reason, the Customer is obliged to compensate the Supplier for the damage incurred in this connection. The Buyer has the opportunity to cancel the purchase without any legal consequences after the order, but within 48 hours before the date of delivery, if he indicates this intention by e-mail to the Customers customer service address within the deadline specified in this section. In this case, the Buyer shall not bear any costs. In this case, the buyer will send his intention to withdraw by e-mail to the seller and will arrange for the product to be returned to the sellers address. The costs of return (packaging and shipping costs related to exchange or repurchase) are always borne by the Buyer.!
45/2014 on the Buyers right of withdrawal, on contracts concluded in absentia. (II. 26.) Government Decree. The exercise of warranty rights is governed by the provisions of the Civil Code, Decree 49/2003 (VII. 30.) of the Ministry of Economy and Transport on the management of warranty and guarantee claims enforced within the framework of a consumer contract. The seller has the right to freely change the products in the web store, their purchase price and deadlines. These changes are effective from the time they appear in the web store, but do not apply to contracts already entered into. In the event that the Buyer violates in any way the provisions of the general terms and conditions or the individual contracts concluded on the basis thereof, the Seller is free to declare the registration of the Buyer invalid and may even withdraw from the concluded contract. In this case, the Buyer may not claim any compensation.
